Within 24 hours of completing the Step 2, your poster will be available on the below link:
Step 4: Data Submission ( mandatory for everyone)
Once you have completed the activity, submit the data using the link below.

Rules and Terms of the challenge
- Participants are eligible for an E-certificate and a T-shirt (if selected this category) with the name of the participants printed at the back, as soon as the registration is complete.
- The medal will be given only on successfully completing the chosen activity and after sharing the data.
- You are free to choose the time, place (indoors or outdoors), and the distance you want to complete.
- You can complete the task anytime either on 4th December or 5th December 2021.
- Participants can use any tracking app to record the activity, like Strava, Runtastic, Endomondo, Nike Run, Google Fit, Garmin etc.
- Medal and T-shirt will be delivered to the home of the participants within 15 days from the date of the event.
- This is a virtual event and is open to all the residents of India.
- Tagged rides/runs will not be considered. If anyone is found doing this, he/she will be disqualified.
